Making the Leap

Earlier this week, Making the Leap brought fifteen employers in from BNP Baribas French International Bank for a ‘Suited and Booted’ careers event. They ran mock interviews throughout the day with Year 9, 10 and 11. This was a great opportunity for our students to promote their strengths, and experience a real life interview. They received specific feedback which increased confidence, aspiration and enthusiasm. The students left the hall smiling, buzzing with joy. They were very grateful for the experience.
